The court says that the plaintiff realizes that he changed the date of the reservation to stay at the hotel, but he forgot to do the same with the restaurant and says that the cancellation policy of Amelia is not clear or visible even at the time of making the reservation , or in the subsequent statements, and that the amount that was refunded was inconsistent.
